2.1 Product Description

AvoBio provides plasmids and related biological reagents for Research Use Only (RUO). Our products are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or other clinical uses in humans or animals.

2.2 Research Use Only

All products sold by AvoBio are strictly for research purposes. By purchasing our products, you confirm that:

• You are affiliated with a research institution, educational facility, or legitimate research organization
• Products will only be used for lawful research purposes
• Products will not be used for human or veterinary diagnostics or treatment
• You will comply with all applicable biosafety regulations and guidelines

2.3 Product Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by AvoBio. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout.

3.3 Payment

We accept major credit cards, purchase orders (for qualified institutions), and other payment methods as indicated during checkout. Payment must be received before orders are processed and shipped.

3.4 Purchase Orders

Institutional customers may pay via purchase order subject to credit approval. Net payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods

Products are shipped using appropriate cold chain methods to maintain product integrity. Shipping times and methods vary based on product requirements and destination.

4.2 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. AvoBio is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.3 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

Due to the nature of biological materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

5.2 Defective Products

If a product is confirmed to be defective, we will, at our discretion, either replace the product or provide a refund. Claims must be supported by appropriate documentation.

5.3 Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our customer service team. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvoBio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

All content on the AvoBio website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AvoBio or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
